News Title	New Merriam Townhome Community now accpeting Reservations
	American Dream Homes and Neighborhoods is pleased to announce that The Pointe at Prairie Haven is now underway with streets to be completed in March 2008 and the first homes to be ready for occupancy by early fall 2008. The Pointe will feature 2 and 3 bedroom ranch and 1 1/2 story townhomes from the mid $200's. All homes will feature low maintenance exteriors and 2 car garages.
